Biking expedition to cement bilateral relationship

September 17: A four member team called “Kewkradong Bangladesh,” a youth based organisation in Bangladesh is in the Kingdom on a cycling expedition.
The team was flagged off at this morning from the Clock Tower Square. The team will ride from Thimphu to Trashigang.
The theme of the expedition is “Friendship-cross country Bhutan on Bicycle.”
According to the press release from the foreign ministry, such event was being organized to further establish people to people contact and cement the existing bilateral relationship between Bhutan and Bangladesh.
